Bugis Street

Bugis Street...... ahh... really "people mountain people sea" .Urm...>"<... If u get the meaning den its good. Hiak hiak... Bugis Street is just like our very own India Street in Kuching and Petaling Street in KL... There are many stalls over there. People used to come here 2 get cheap* stuffs. But since it has been commercialised and being the tourist centre of attraction spot. Aherm herm... thats it...
U can find all sort of stuffs including t-shirts, jeans, bags, shoes, watches etc..

Ahhhh.. this stall really caugh my attention... such a huge bun for burger ??? Erm im not sure bout the filling... coz the stall was closed and a guy was standing there directing us to another stall which is located abt 15steps away... probably thats where they prepare it...

Next I went to OG shopping complex, said to be one of the oldest shop built in that area.
Just outside OG there were stalls being setup selling stuffs for chinese new year.

As you notice above, these two person demonstrating some art work.
Ahahaa... that lady is smart to get bright pink colored wig else... ooopss.. thats it lah... when her frens / relatives recognise her. As a matter of fact, this art is quite common elsewhere in Sg. I really salute them... under the hot sun somemore... ^^

My next stop, Bugis Junction. A large shopping complex with a glass sunroof walkway and retro architecture. That time around the place was decorated with banners and decorative from the movie Golden Compass. The place was very pack with youngters and tourist.

You can spend wholeday long at this place. Aahaha..

Walking, sighseeing, window shopping, buying... ^^
Grik groookkk..... Ooopss... I think my stomach started growling...
Not to worry. U can always find food*** along the way.
Inside the shopping complex, there is a food court. Way better n nicer environment than.. ahermm... herm... TJ in Kch..

U can sit on sofas or cushioned chair..... which far better than the hard n heavy wooden chair which makes your butt
flat even though u didnt sit for long. This place is fully packed and very clean. ;)

The choices of food can even make me drool along the way as I walked around hunting for something special. Well I just watch people passing by with their tray of food then decide what to order... hahaha... Urm... presentation n quality n quantity takes count mah...

Finally I made my choice (still thinkin bout the seafood marina that I had at Elephant before coming to Sg). Something like spagetti tepanyaki chicken. And here it says... "No added MSG!"
Erm.. If the lady ask whether do you want soup... better say no... ahahahaha...

The spagetti sauce is really nice!! Felt like fresh tomatoe puree. Not too sour not too sweet. Just the way I like it. N of course they will ask whether do you want cheese powder..
^^ After the heavenly and guilty food.. I felt so heavy n lazy to move around...

Dont ask me okay. It is heaven okay.. n urmm.. my jeans felt tight too.. ^^
